Each UI/UX designer works in a team at the intersection of the Product, Design, and Engineering teams. Together, the teams produce the journey and all the pixels needed to deliver digital solutions for our customers. Mainly juggling between Figma, Notion, Jira, and Docs. Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.

Description:
→ Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the user experience and align with brand guidelines, approaching each task with rigorousness;
→ Create and maintain organised Design Systems;
→ Support the Product Team in creating client-friendly user flows, prototypes, or any other methods to help visualise and communicate design concepts;
→ Work closely with product and project managers, developers, and other members of the project team to ensure feasibility and alignment with project goals;
→ Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve design processes and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Developers are part of the Engineering team, report to the Head of Engineering, and work in articulation with the Product and Design teams. You will, of course, choose your favourite setup to code and combine it with a bit of Notion, Jira, and Docs. Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.

Description:
→ Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices;
→ Integrate frontend interfaces with backend services and APIs, ensuring efficient data flow and functionality;
→ Work closely with designers, backend developers, QAs, and other members of the project team to implement design specifications and project requirements;
→ Write unit tests, integration tests, and conduct thorough debugging to ensure the reliability and stability of applications;
→ Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve processes and deliver cutting-edge solutions;
→ Mentor and support junior team members by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and helping them develop their skills.

→ Design, implement, and optimise database schemas, queries, and transactions to ensure data integrity and performance;
→ Monitor, identify, and resolve performance issues to ensure high availability and responsiveness of backend systems;
→ Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to maintain high code quality standards;
→ Implement and enforce security best practices to protect data and applications from vulnerabilities;
→ Debug and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely support and solutions to maintain system reliability;
→ Work closely with the project team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications;
→ Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve processes and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
